Insert in your cart the bike and the accessories

Go to the shop section of the site and place the bikes and accessories you need in your shopping cart.

Check and pay

Check to make sure everything is correct (if you want to change your order later it may incur a 5 CHF surcharge) and pay by credit card.

Your bicycle and accessories will be brought to our pickup point in Crocetta Square and delivered to you at the appointed time. At most 30 minutes after your order you will receive a communication on whats app from us as confirmation.

What is included with bicycle rental?

Do you have electric bikes?

We launched our business in summer 2025 our bicycle fleet is still small. We currently have no electric bicycles.

No. Our bicycles were all purchased second-hand and checked by our experts. This promotes the circular economy.

Can I cancel my order ?

Yes by contacting the number at the bottom via whats app. To receive a full refund, you must cancel your reservation 24h before. Between 24 and 12h before receive 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 12h before.

Can I go abroad by bicycle?

You will receive the path with your planed journey to the email address you provided after you complete your order.

Yes. For example, in Switzerland, bicycles cannot ride on the sidewalk. You will receive a memo about riding bicycles in Switzerland by e-mail.

No. Please do not go outside the national territory of Switzerland with our bicycles.

Your free guide for discover the region

From Caslano skirting the lake, first on a slow-traffic road and then a bike path, you will arrive in Agno where you can admire the whole gulf from the public beach.

The journey continues to Morcote (the most beautiful Swiss village of 2018) where you can visit a beautiful park free of charge that is excellent for photographs. From there you can have lunch on the lake in Morcote and later move to gelide where two activities are offered.

From Melide you will move to Lugano where following the lakeside portai visit the city.

The detailed route with all the roads to follow and places to visit is sent to you by e-mail with the confirmation of your rental.
